Annie Awards 2015 : Disney récompensé

Samedi 31 janvier dernier s’est tenue la 42ème cérémonie des Annie Awards au UCLA’s Royce Hall. Fondé en 1972, ce prix distingue l’excellence  des séries-télé animées et films d’animation du moment. Si les studios d’animation Dreamworks ont enflammé le palmarès pour cette édition avec Dragons 2, Disney (assez modeste au final en terme de représentativité, absence de productions issues de Pixar oblige) a pu se consoler en ramenant quelques récompenses, notamment grâce à son dernier long-métrage des Studios d’Animation Walt Disney, Les Nouveaux Héros, de Chris Williams et Don Hall, mais aussi et surtout à sa fameuse série animée à succès, Mickey Mouse, lancée en 2013. La Reine des Neiges s’était affirmée en 2014 lors de cette cérémonie en raflant quasiment tout sur son passage, hors-d’oeuvre de son succès aux Oscars. Le même schéma se reproduira-t-il avec Dragons 2 cette année, laissant Disney sur le banc de touche ? A noter également que le Walt Disney Family Museum a lui aussi été honoré lors de la cérémonie dans une catégorie spéciale décernée par le jury.
